Julie Fox, CEO, Founder & Managing Partner of Brandbuilders, brings over 25 years of experience to what builds brands best -- identifying and prioritizing strategic opportunities, defining the best target, and developing what inspires people enough to take action.

Our core focus is using Brandbuilders’ proprietary strategic framework to create winning brand positionings, meaningful innovations, and ‘defining moments’ that reinforce the brand’s relevance. Clients span many categories, and include Abbott Labs, Benjamin Moore, Colgate Palmolive, Dean Foods, Energizer, Hallmark, Merck KGA, Procter & Gamble, T. Rowe Price, and Unilever. Prior to founding Brandbuilders, Julie led brands at Procter & Gamble, where she created the strategy that took Pantene from 1% share to worldwide leader in haircare, and at Keds, where she repositioned the brand, and developed and introduced their most successful product line.

Presentations to Chief Medical Officers and health care leaders include: a workshop at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s National Forum titled ‘Words Matter - How the words you use impact the results you get;’ a keynote for the Healthcare Innovation Workshop at Mass General Brigham – Westwood; and strategy consulting and workshops in Words Matter™ methodology to executive teams in major corporations. Julie is currently writing ‘How the Words Used in Healthcare Help Keep Us Sick,’ and recently presented on this topic at Harvard. This addresses what we can each do to have more agency over our health, including how we deal with healthcare in today’s increasingly complex environment.
