There are a few ways you may interact with The Patient Revolution that involve sharing personal information.

Subscription to Emails and Newsletters.  You may sign up to receive emails from us with our newsletters and other information. In order to register with us and/or sign up to receive emails from us, you must provide us with your name and email address.

Donation.  You may make a donation to us through the website. In order to process that donation, we will collect name, address, email, and credit card information. 

Sales. You may purchase products from us. In order to process those sales, we will collect name, address, email, and credit card information. 

Our Commitment
We will not sell, share or trade your names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by The Patient Revolution, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the Patient Revolution website), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations and sales are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the transaction.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The date of last update is stated at the end of this policy. If we make any material changes to this Policy, then we will provide notice of such change via the Services or will email you using the email you provided to us when you registered; your continued use of the Services after such notice will indicate your acknowledgment and agreement with any and all such changes.
