Kenneth Zaiken is a retiree after a 28 career in Software Development. As a Sr. Planner for IBM and VP of Systems Solutions for Lakeview Technology he drove leading edge solutions for Operating Systems and Business Continuity applications.

After dealing with multiple Cancer events, severe side effects of treatment and a company buyout, he turned his attention to the mantra of no longer making a buck, time to make a difference. He now focuses on what he learned from his medical ordeals and interactions with the medical insurance industry to revising the health care system in this country.

He focuses on Caregivers (Caregivers are patients too), medical isolation, Shared Decision Making, Medical Debt, and Patient Centered Health Care Treatment. There are plenty of $$s in the healthcare system, it is just not distributed appropriately. He does advocacy work for Seniors, American Cancer Society, and is involved with Right Care Alliance and Minnesota Agency for Patient Safety.
