Leonard Berry

Board Member

A professor of Marketing and holds the M.B. Zale Chair in Retailing and Marketing Leadership in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M, and he is a Presidential Professor for Teaching Excellence.

With tenure as a visiting scientist at Mayo Clinic, he conducted research in the study of healthcare service. He has conducted in-residence field research at several top higher education institutions.  Concurrent with his faculty positions, Len is a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston.

A Fellow of the American Marketing Association and the Academy of Marketing Science. A former national president of the American Marketing Association and a founder of the Center for Retailing Studies at Texas A&M.
