My name is Paula Gabriela Ponce de León Lovatón, I am a doctor by training and I have contributed to the Peruvian health system for 13 years in the design of quality and risk management systems focused on people.

I work in the private health sector, but I also collaborate with health professionals from the public sector through training and generating spaces to share experiences from ASOCALP - Quality Association of Peru. I am excited to be a Fellow so I can contribute to learning and make health systems more humane.
