Phil has been on the board since 2016. Phil comes from a family whose parents were dedicated to serving patients as clinicians. He and his father formed The Esther Lewis Warburton Patient Education Initiative in 1999 to educate patients to be advocates for themselves and their families in their relationships with healthcare professionals. Phil and his family, through the Ralph and Ester Warburton Foundation, continue to generously support TPR’s vision and strategic priorities.
